My Commitment
My work is grounded in science and guided by an empathetic and respectful understanding of each person’s individuality. I want you to feel comfortable being who you are, without pressure or unnecessary formality, in a space where we can collaboratively create new meanings for what you live, feel, and desire.
What You Can Expect
- Non-judgmental listening, grounded in ethics and science
Commitment to your individuality
Deep respect for your choices and lived experiences
A therapeutic process that is structured, yet deeply human
My Approach
My clinical practice is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), approaches that help us understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns while also embracing the complexity of human experience.
Each session is designed as an ethical, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can explore your story with both freedom and direction. I aim to integrate emotional connection with technical objectivity, always respecting the pace, boundaries, and individuality of each person or couple.
I believe psychology is a space for reflection and transformation — a place where what was once silence or discomfort can be put into words, creating new possibilities for how you live, feel, and relate to yourself and others.
