Who I Am
I'm Mariana Galuppo, a psychologist since 2013, specialized in clinical sexology. During my undergraduate studies, when I first came into contact with this field, I realized this was the path I wanted to follow: helping people experience their sexuality in a more conscious, healthy, and integrated way within their own identity.
Since then, I have dedicated my practice to understanding how thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns shape the relationship people have with pleasure, their bodies, and intimacy. I believe meaningful change happens through clarity, strategy, and a safe space to explore new ways of relating to oneself and to life.
I work with individuals and couples who want to build more conscious, functional, and fulfilling relationships — both with themselves and with their partners. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Sexual Cognitive Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT).
I offer a structured process with clear goals and practical interventions, respecting each person’s pace while prioritizing changes that create meaningful impact in real life.
These are some of the concerns I work with in clinical practice. If your experience is not described here exactly, it does not mean we cannot talk about it.

Sex Therapy for Couples is designed for partners experiencing challenges related to intimacy, differences in desire, sexual disconnection, communication, or emotional distance within the relationship.
The therapeutic process helps couples better understand the patterns that may be creating tension or disconnection, while strengthening emotional intimacy, openness, and sexual connection in a more sustainable and respectful way.
Duration: 50 min
I support couples facing communication difficulties, recurring conflicts, emotional distance, and challenges in repairing the relationship after moments of tension. The therapeutic process invites partners to understand each other more clearly, strengthen emotional responsiveness, and build a relationship grounded in understanding, connection, and mutual care.
Duration: 50 min
I work with couples dealing with differences in desire, difficulties initiating intimacy, performance-related concerns, long-term sexual disconnection, and the emotional impact these challenges can create. Together, we explore the patterns that keep the couple stuck and build a more open, honest, and sustainable sexual connection.
Duration: 80 minutes
A focused session designed to help couples better understand a specific challenge in their relationship or sexual life. Together, we define a clear goal, explore the emotional and behavioral patterns involved, and create a practical action plan. This format is ideal for couples seeking direction, clarity, or a next step without necessarily beginning ongoing therapy.
Taking care of yourself also means understanding what you feel.
