A TCC oferece um caminho para quebrar esse ciclo, fornecendo t\u00e9cnicas destinadas a modificar padr\u00f5es de pensamento e comportamento. Muitas vezes, sem perceber, tendemos a generalizar demais, presumir o pior cen\u00e1rio poss\u00edvel ou at\u00e9 mesmo dar uma import\u00e2ncia excessiva a detalhes insignificantes. Esses padr\u00f5es de pensamento podem moldar nossas escolhas e, em alguns casos, se tornarem profecias autor realiz\u00e1veis.<\/p><p>Durante as sess\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas, seu terapeuta ir\u00e1 explorar seu processo de pensamento em situa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, ajudando-o a identificar esses padr\u00f5es negativos. Uma vez consciente deles, voc\u00ea estar\u00e1 apto a aprender estrat\u00e9gias para reformular esses pensamentos, tornando-os mais positivos e construtivos. Agenda de Atividades<\/h2><p>Se h\u00e1 uma atividade que voc\u00ea tende a adiar ou evitar por medo, ou ansiedade, coloc\u00e1-la em sua agenda pode ajudar. Depois que o fardo da decis\u00e3o tiver passado, ser\u00e1 prov\u00e1vel que voc\u00ea siga em frente.<\/p><p>Esta t\u00e9cnica consiste na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de rotina que contenha as atividades di\u00e1rias na semana, a fim de aumentar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de prazer, produtividade, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e utilidade.
